We utilize evidence-based treatment plans to decrease pain, improve mobility and increase strength to optimize and restore function in our patients as quickly as possible. We have designed a treatment setting that reflects the versatility of knowledge and skills needed to provide for the broad scope of our patients’ needs.
At Shelbyville Physical Therapy, we prioritize patient education. When you finish your physical therapy program you will have the skills, knowledge, and education to continue safe exercise and a self-maintenance program. This training will allow you to become independent and to optimize prevention of future injuries or exacerbation of symptoms.
